- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring all services run smoothly.
- Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.

- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
