What You'll Do:
Plan, organise and lead a variety of engaging activities, events, and outings
Encourage resident participation and tailor activities to their interests and abilities
Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that promotes wellbeing and connection
Collaborate with staff and families to ensure a vibrant and meaningful programme
Keep records of participation and feedback to improve future events
What We're Looking For:
A positive, energetic personality with a genuine passion for working with older adults
Creative thinking and confidence to lead group activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar role or care setting is a bonus, but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
