We are a London air conditioning company with 22 years in the trade, installing premium residential systems (mostly Panasonic) for an exclusive client base. Our workload is growing fast and we're taking on experienced installer teams as independent contractors. Serious professionals only.
WHAT YOU EARN
You earn 25% of the net value of every job — that's what we pay you. Here's what that works out to per job, by number of units installed (based on our historical payouts). You pay your own apprentice, around £175/day, out of this:
- 1 unit — £560
- 2 units — £755
- 3 units — £875
- 4 units — £1,155
Paid weekly. Most teams run 3–5 jobs a week.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Proven, verifiable experience installing air conditioning in London (we will ask for reference jobs).
- Your own van, tools and equipment.
- Your own apprentice / second installer.
- Quality-first, reliable, professional.
This is for ready-to-go teams who can start now — not for people getting into the trade. If training is needed for the right team we'll consider it, but preference goes to seasoned engineers.
