Domestic gas Service & Breakdown engineer
We are seeking a full time Domestic gas service & breakdown engineer to join our growing team here at Complete Gas Services Belfast. Standard contracted working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
*Overtime and Saturday cover may be required during busy periods on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Domestic Gas appliance servicing and fault diagnosis
- Follow up repairs to boilers etc
- 5 years minimum time served experience working on gas boilers
- Private servicing and breakdown calls
- Landlord certificates and CO alarm checks
- Must be highly motivated with a good work ethic
- Basic Plumbing & repairs (Desirable yet not essential)
- Any other related duties as required
Qualifications and skills required:
- Current Gas Safe Qualifications to include boilers, cookers & fires
- Strong knowledge of gas boiler fault finding
- Strong communication skills and an ability to deal with customers appropriately
- Good punctuality and timekeeping
- Highly motivated
- Full UK driving licence
