- Has exceptional barista skills: You're a master of extraction, dial-ins, and can consistently produce delicious, high-quality coffee. Your latte art is not just good, it's a showstopper – a testament to your precision and passion.
- Demonstrates proven coffee shop experience: You've successfully navigated the fast-paced environment of a coffee shop and understand its unique demands.
- Is a natural leader: You can manage and motivate a small team with warmth and professionalism, inspiring them to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
- Understands coffee shop operations: From rota's, inventory management and scheduling systems to maintain a pristine environment
- Is genuinely customer-focused: You truly enjoy connecting with customers and ensuring every visit to The Tempest Caffe is a memorable one, whether they're here for coffee or art.
