Responsibilities
' Deliver high-quality personal care and support to Service Users in their homes during evening hours.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks.
- Monitor and report on the health and well-being of Service Users.
- Follow care plans accurately and update records as required, via an APP.
- Support Service Users with mobility and mobility aids.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety regulations.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience in domiciliary or community care settings.
- Valid first aid certification.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is Expected for driving duties.
- Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, or elderly care is advantageous.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts.'
