Contracts/Relationship Manager – Competitive Salary
Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor with branches covering the UK supplying and installing floor coverings to the new house build industry. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Contracts Manager to fill key roles for our Northampton & M1 corridor.
Main Objectives
To build and maintain strong relationships with our site teams and customers. Be the first port of call and comprehensively manage any pre and post fit issues reported or inspected.
The Role
Ideally, we are seeking an all-round experienced carpet, vinyl and LVT fitter. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, experienced fitter who wishes to break from the heavy days of installing floors and concentrate on the crucial role of customer relationships and satisfaction.
The Person
· Experience in all flooring installations to ensure plots are installed to the standard we require and expect.
· Approachable and polite, both with other members of staff and site/customers.
· Be computer literate.
· Problem solver, with a positive attitude and prepared to see any issues through to rectification.
· Experience in fitting within the new build industry
· Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
