BrightStart Recruitment are working with a friendly and well-established nursery who are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team.
The role:
- Lead and support the team within your room
- Plan and deliver activities following the EYFS
- Support children’s learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, fun and stimulating environment
- Complete observations and keep records up to date
- Support and mentor other practitioners
About you:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Previous nursery experience
- Experience as a Room Leader is preferred, but strong Level 3 practitioners looking for their next step are welcome
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- Reliable, caring and enthusiastic

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
