At voco Letchworth Hall, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and stylish environment for our guests. Now, we’re looking for a friendly and detail-focused Housekeeping Assistant to join our vibrant team and help keep our hotel looking its very best.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure our guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are kept clean, tidy, and inviting
- Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and maintain high standards of presentation
- Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
- Provide friendly, helpful service when guests need assistance
- Report maintenance issues promptly to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A can-do attitude and a great eye for detail
- Reliability and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus (but not essential – full training will be provided)
