Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and serve promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, ensuring guest safety at all times
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while prioritizing guest needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for bills and change
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area, including restocking supplies as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in serving alcohol is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests professionally and courteously
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction
