About the role
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of our new Marlow store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example on the shop floor, helping to create an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial performance and developing a high-performing team.
You'll inspire customers through genuine conversations and thoughtful styling advice, helping every customer find pieces that suit their individual style and body shape. By creating a warm, welcoming environment, you'll help bring to life every customer's moment of Hush.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll support the delivery of sales targets and KPIs, analyse performance, identify commercial opportunities and help drive continued growth. You'll also ensure the store always reflects the Hush brand through outstanding visual merchandising, efficient stock management and smooth day-to-day operations.
You'll coach, motivate and develop your team, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported, listened to and empowered to do their best work. In the Store Manager's absence, you'll confidently lead the store, ensuring both the team and our customers continue to receive the very best experience.
About you
You'll be an experienced retail leader who thrives in a customer-first environment and enjoys inspiring others to achieve their best. You're passionate about fashion, styling and delivering exceptional service, while balancing commercial awareness with strong people leadership.
You'll also have:
Experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or management role within a retail environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting customer relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Confidence coaching, developing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding results.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Experience managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day retail operations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
