Innovate Security Ltd is a high-end electric gate installation company working on premium residential properties throughout Essex.
We specialise in bespoke electric gate systems, aluminium gates, intercoms, automation, access control and fencing, with all work completed to a very high standard.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Electric Gate Installer, Junior Engineer, experienced Landscaper or skilled Tradesperson to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys varied hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career within a growing company.
The Role
You will assist with the installation of bespoke electric gate systems across Essex, including:
- Hanging gates
- Fencing and groundwork
- Cable installation and ducting
- Electrical and automation works
- Intercom and access control systems
- General installation and site work
Previous experience within the gate industry would be ideal, but is not essential.
We would also consider candidates from the following backgrounds:
- Landscaping
- Fencing
- Security systems
- Electrical work
- Groundworks
- General construction
- Fabrication / welding
Full training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.
The Ideal Candidate
- Hard-working and reliable
- Polite, well presented and good with customers
- Physically fit and happy with outdoor work
- Keen to learn new skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Able to get to Broomfield, Chelmsford each morning
- Own transport preferred, although transport may be provided for the right person

Salary: Dependent on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
