NWF Agriculture are looking for an Operational Administrator to join our team based at our Umberleigh site on a permanent full time basis. Supporting all administration duties surrounding the operation, working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the site.

Day to Day
-
Arrange and coordinate loads from our mills and docks for delivery to farms and other sites

Managing dispatching and receipting weights from invoices and external suppliers

Effective contract management from setup to closure of contracts whilst minimising charges

Generating and inputting purchase and sales contracts to correlate with the mills and docks

Inputting trader ordersinto the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales to ensure no delay to deliveries

Act as the point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, raw materials and trading departments providing support and solving queries

Inputting trader orders into the system and supplier portals within agreed timescales

Manage, communicate and distribute KPI information through accurate reporting

Strong communication skills both written and verbal as you will be working across numerous internal and external departments

Keen eye for detail, able to spot and investigate any discrepancies across varying documents

IT literate – ability to pick up our internal systems alongside suppliers systems and produce reports where required
