Bounce Activations is a fast-growing experiential and brand activation agency delivering campaigns across the UK.
We're looking for a highly organised Temporary Operations Coordinator to support the team through a busy summer period.
The Role
This is a hands-on coordination role focused on helping keep campaigns organised and operationally on track.
You will support the team with logistics, accommodation bookings, asset tracking, stock management and administration, ensuring campaign managers can focus on delivery and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Book hotels, travel and accommodation for campaign staff
- Coordinate courier and transport requirements
- Track campaign assets and stock
- Support warehouse and storage management
- Update internal systems and campaign records
- Assist with supplier coordination
- Maintain campaign documentation and trackers
- Support the team with general operational administration
About You
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Strong communicator
- Confident using spreadsheets and online systems
- Proactive and reliable
- Able to work independently
Pay: £24,420.00-£26,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tewkesbury (Gloucestershire)
