- Grow existing customers and find new potential customers, and ruthlessly follow these up to developing an Area of good spending accounts
Role Overview
· A proactive role which involves both outgoing phones to develop existing accounts, take incoming enquiries and follow these up and work with marketing to follow up new potential accounts to turn them into good spending clients.
Overall Job Responsibilities
- Follow up incoming enquiries to close orders
- Follow up existing accounts to develop spend and be their ‘go to’ for tiling products
- Pass accounts through to the Account manager Team
- Handle objections and rejection and overcome initial challenges to secure new business
- Uncover customer pain points to add value to each customer onboarded
- Update CRM and customer data as you go, report each day against KPIs
- Take back customers spend lapsed and follow these through to regain business
- Admin completed so phones can be hit in key selling hours
- Learn technical knowledge of Trimline products so you can advise customers on best practice

Winning £92,500 of sales enquiries per month
Adding £100,000 of potential spend to the Pipeline, converting this to actual spend in line with our target conversion ratios
