We're looking for an inspiring and hands-on Head of Guest Experience to lead the delivery of exceptional experiences across every stage of the guest journey.
From arrival and front-of-house operations to events, accessibility, learning and discovery, you'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure every visit is welcoming, well organised and truly memorable. If you're a practical, people-focused leader who enjoys turning ideas into action and making a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
