The role — what you’ll do
- Craft classic and signature cocktails to spec, quickly and consistently.
- Serve drinks with theatre and knowledge, explaining ingredients and pairings.
- Maintain bar mise: prep garnishes, batch cocktails, stock glassware, polish.
- Engage guests at the bar with stories and recommendations.
- Uphold licensing laws, Challenge 25, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
What you bring
- Proven cocktail bartending experience in a premium bar or restaurant.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails with a passion for flavours.
- Confident and charismatic with strong communication skills.
- High standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Right to work in the UK.
