Love and Rockets are hiring a Sous Chef. We're on Lark Lane, open 7 days a week. The kitchen is open from 12pm to 9pm.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the role. Some of the job duties, as well as general kitchen duties, are:
- Stock orders
- New menu and training implementation
- Running the kitchen and pass in the absence of the head chef
- Contributing towards hiring and rotas, ensuring kitchens are adequately staffed
- Maintaining excellent standards, consistently to spec
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness standards, full compliance with all EHO procedures.
Consistent Hours - Multisite Operator (Room for progression)-Paid Overtime
