PATIENT SERVICES ADVISER for THE GLENFIELD & GROBY SURGERIES (working across both sites)
37.5 Hours per week (days and times can be discussed at interview)
Some week day evenings and Saturday working on a rota basis will be required
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Patient Services Adviser to join our hardworking friendly team.
The successful candidate will have excellent telephone & customer service skills.
Previous GP surgery experience and knowledge of SystmOne an advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
Candidates will also need to be flexible to cover for holidays and sickness when required.
