At Serenity Brides we are looking for an experienced Bridal Stylist to join our friendly and passionate team.
Part-Time | 3 Days Per Week
The ideal candidate will:• Have proven experience in bridal sales• Be confident delivering exceptional customer service• Love styling brides and creating unforgettable experiences• Work well within a busy, supportive team• Have strong sales ability and attention to detail• Knowledge of BridalLive would be advantageous

Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide personalised bridal styling consultations.
- Assist brides in selecting wedding dresses, veils, accessories, and complementary attire.
- Offer expert advice on colour coordination, fit, and overall bridal look.
- Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the client’s purchase experience.
- Maintain a well-organised fitting room environment and keep track of appointments.
- Manage client records accurately and follow up post-appointment as needed.
- Stay informed about current trends in bridal fashion and merchandising strategies.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling enquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey from consultation to purchase.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bridal Stylist
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and advise confidently.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and current bridal fashion trends is advantageous.
