Our focus is on service delivery at a fair cost. We specialise in estate agency, residential and commercial conveyancing and private client.
To assist our growth plans in the West of Scotland, and in response to strong demand, we require a Solicitor for our Residential Conveyancing Department.
Salary will be based on experience.
You will work closely with the Garden Stirling Burnet team to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities :.
Managing independently a caseload of residential conveyancing clients
To deliver the highest levels of client care
Ability to work within a busy team in an agile manner with strong attention to detail
· Proficient computer skills including Teams, MS Office
· Communicating effectively and efficiently with the legal team.
· Maintain accurate records of all property transactions, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
The above list is not exhaustive and additional duties will be allocated as appropriate.
Skills and Experience:
You will be qualified Conveyancing Solicitor with recent experience in Scotland
Would consider and experienced Paralegal who manages own caseload
You will have good communication skills and work well within a dynamic team
You will have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work and meet target deadlines in a timely manner. Attention to detail is key.
Previous recent experience Residential a legal practice is essential .
