About the Role
It’s an exciting time to join our team as we strengthen our position in the energy sector, particularly in gas distribution and supply. To support this growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fuel Sales Administrator to join our team in Dundee for a fixed term maternity cover position for 12 months.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers, from their initial enquiry right through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls with energy and professionalism, providing clear and helpful information on gas products and services.
- Accurately process customer fuel orders, ensuring all delivery details are correct and on schedule.
- Promote and up sell commercial energy solutions such as LPG, bulk gas supply, cylinder refills, AdBlue®, lubricants, and related products to new and existing customers.
- Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Work efficiently in a busy environment, handling multiple enquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Support wider office administration and logistics coordination as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience desirable, however full training is provided.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems or customer service tools is advantageous but not essential.
