Junior or Senior Land Buyer
BuildUp partners with property developers to identify, appraise, and secure off-market land opportunities with planning uplift potential.
As our in-house Land Buyer, you will be responsible for progressing opportunities from initial technical review through to offer stage, working closely with members, planners, surveyors, and senior leadership.
The successful candidate will act as the key commercial contact on opportunities, helping to assess viability, formulate offers, negotiate with landowners, and progress deals towards joint venture approval.
This would suit someone coming from Housebuilder Land Teams, Land Promotion Companies, Strategic Land Business, Commercial Property Agencies, or Development Consultancies.

Review:

Challenge assumptions where required. Identify opportunities and risks. Escalate significant issues to senior leadership.
Offer Strategy:
- Structure offers
- Determine land values
- Recommend negotiation strategies
- Assess suitable contract structures
Pay: £30,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
