Cafe Supervisor Wanted at Canteen!
Hey there, hospitality superstars! We're looking for a cafe supervisor to lead front of house at Canteen — our much-loved neighbourhood cafe with a loyal local following. What You'll Do:
- Be the face of Canteen, setting the tone for every shift and every guest interaction.
- Deliver exceptional service that feels personal, not scripted — making regulars feel at home and new faces feel welcome.
- Support the management team in running smooth, efficient and enjoyable shifts.
- Train and inspire front-of-house staff to keep standards high and energy positive.
- Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen to make sure every plate lands perfectly and every customer leaves happy.

- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a busy hospitality setting, ideally in a café or casual dining environment.
