Job Duties
To dealing with any aspect related to branch restaurant management functions to support restaurant daily operations need.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager in running a restaurant.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager to deal with revenue on a daily and weekly basis.
- To be willing to bring new ideas to management meetings to push the business forward.
- To assist the Restaurant Manager from training and recruitment right through to budgeting and marketing.
- To be out on the floor, making sure the customers are happy or, sorting out a complex order for a party of thirty.
- To be able to fit into the busiest period when the business need you.
- To be able to lead your team and always set yourself as a good example to all the staff.
40-48 hours per week.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cardiff, Cardiff: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (required)
