Don Giovanni is looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in Manchester.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking chef who can work well as part of a team and maintain high standards during busy service.
The successful candidate should:
- Have experience working as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or in a similar kitchen position.
- Be confident working on grill and pasta sections.
- Have good knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
- Be able to work efficiently during busy service.
- Be a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
- Be organised, reliable and punctual.
- Be willing to support other sections when required.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to Don Giovanni's standards.
- Take responsibility for your assigned section.
- Work confidently on grill and pasta.
- Complete mise en place before service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Follow food hygiene, safety and allergen procedures.
- Keep your section clean and organised.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service.
- Minimise food waste and maintain good portion control.
- Support the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Help maintain a positive and professional kitchen environment.
