About Us
Next Chapter Healthcare provides support to individuals recovering from, and living with, mental health needs. Our supported living service is built around recovery-focused pathways, combining structured rehabilitation, meaningful daily activities, and community engagement.
We empower residents to build independence, confidence, and long‑term stability through personalised, person‑centred care informed by comprehensive occupational profiles that capture their goals and aspirations.
The Role
As a Team Leader, you will play a central role in ensuring high‑quality, consistent care across the service. You will support the day‑to‑day running of the home, supervise support staff, and ensure that residents receive coordinated, effective, recovery‑focused support.
This is a hands‑on leadership role, balancing team oversight with practical involvement in resident care and community‑based activities.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Support audits, care reviews, and performance monitoring within the service.
- Maintain high standards of safety, dignity, and safeguarding across all resident interactions.
