We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Manage all aspects of pizza dough preparation, including mixing, kneading, proofing, and stretching
- Operate pizza ovens efficiently, maintaining optimal temperatures for perfect baking results
- Follow food safety standards and sanitation procedures to uphold cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory of ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage practices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and support a lively, energetic kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pizza making and dough handling
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and serving teams
