JCS Skips is looking for a hands-on Workshop Coordinator / Working Supervisor to join our fabrication workshop in Winsford.
We’re not looking for someone to sit in an office managing people. We need someone practical, switched-on and organised who can work alongside the lads and help keep the workshop moving.
The role will involve:
Keeping an eye on production throughout the day
Making sure jobs are moving through the workshop properly
Helping organise and coordinate the workshop team
Operating the guillotine/cutting equipment when required, particularly in the mornings
Making sure our JCS production system is being used correctly
Spotting hold-ups before they become problems
Helping maintain quality and productivity
Working closely with the directors to improve how the workshop operates
We’re looking for somebody with fabrication, welding, engineering or manufacturing workshop experience.
You might already be a supervisor, or you could be an experienced workshop worker who is ready to step up and take more responsibility.
We care more about attitude, organisation, work ethic and getting things done than having a fancy job title.

Pay: From £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
