Responsibilities
➢Manager appoints staff, assigns tasks, and monitors and reviews staff performance.
➢Liaises with other staff to provide customers with information about carpets, flooring products, available ranges, and special promotions.
➢Ensures adequate stock levels of carpets, flooring materials, and related products are maintained and that stock control is carried out efficiently.
➢Ensures customer complaints and queries regarding products, sales, installations, and services are handled appropriately.
➢Oversees the maintenance of financial and other business records and controls security arrangements for the premises.
➢Authorizes payments for supplies received and determines selling prices and applicable discount rates.
➢Examines the quality of carpets, flooring materials, and related products and ensures effective use of advertising and product display facilities.
Pay: £32,700.00-£42,000.00 per year
