Letting Agent (Part-Time & Full-Time)
We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Letting Agents to join our growing team.
This is a field-based role, with the majority of your time spent travelling between properties across South East London, Sidcup, and Sittingbourne. The ability to also cover Maidstone when required would be a significant advantage.
Positions Available
Part-time: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Full-time: Monday to Friday
Experience
Previous experience in property, sales, or customer service is welcome but not essential. We provide full training, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally at our residential developments.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Welcome visitors in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service and confidently answer questions about the properties.
- Provide detailed viewing feedback after each appointment.
- Assist with key handovers when required.
- Travel between multiple properties throughout your working day.
What We're Looking For
- A professional, reliable, and personable individual.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in property, sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as this is a mobile role requiring regular travel between properties.
- The flexibility to cover Maidstone when required is highly desirable.
