Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout their cinema experience.
- Manage ticket sales and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cinema areas, including lobbies and concession stands.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Support management in implementing hospitality initiatives and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the cinema environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
