Job Title: Product Information Lead

Reports to: Product & Innovation Manager
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week).
About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Product Information Lead who will be accountable for the governance and performance of the existing product range. The role ensures that product information, technical documentation, certifications, price lists, and digital product documents (including BIM/CAD where applicable) are accurate, controlled, compliant, and fit for use by customers and internal teams. The Product Information Lead will manage structured change control across the existing portfolio, ensuring updates are properly assessed, documented, approved, communicated and traceable. The role acts as the coordinator for product design non-conformances and maintains the integrity and accessibility of product information systems and structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns the governance of the existing product range.
- Manages the change control process for anything affecting the existing product range.
- Is accountable for product information, documentation, and collateral readiness.
- Will lead the management of certification, compliance and test evidence.
- Will own price lists and oversee changes that are made.
- Coordinate product quality queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain product data systems and knowledge structures.
Key Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Experience & Knowledge:
- Product lifecycle governance.
- Certification and compliance: CCPI and evidence-based document coordination.
- Controlled changes to existing products.
- Managing certification and renewal activities.
- System management and documentation such as Teams.
Skills & Attributes:
- Highly organised.
- Strong stakeholder coordination.
- Detail-driven but pragmatic.
- Clear written communication.
- Confident using Microsoft 365.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
