Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on After-Sales Warehouse Operative / Repair Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day after-sales operation, including receiving returned products, inspection, sorting, repair assistance, refurbishment, packing and dispatch. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to develop practical repair and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and sort returned and after-sales products.
- Assist with product repairs, testing and refurbishment.
- Prepare products for packing and dispatch.
- Follow company SOPs and procedures to ensure work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Complete basic data entry and stock/repair records using computer systems and Excel.
- Support the team with daily warehouse operations and other tasks as required.
- Handle and move goods safely within the warehouse.
- Learn and develop knowledge of product repair, testing and after-sales processes.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and internal systems for simple data entry and information searches.
- An interest in product repair, testing and after-sales work, with a willingness to learn new practical skills.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and carrying out regular manual handling.
- Good work efficiency, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to follow instructions and company procedures.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in electronics, household appliances, mechanical repair or warehouse operations is desirable but not essential.
- Chinese language skills are desirable.
- No previous repair experience is required as full training will be provided.
