SECTION PLANNER
Section Administrator - Keep Our Operations Organised
Location: Norwood
Contract: Full-Time
Salary: £26,000 + Location Allowance
We're looking for a Section Administrator to provide accurate, efficient, and proactive administrative support to the Section Manager and team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage rosters and timesheets accurately and efficiently.
- Update systems, databases, and records as required, including opening and closing work orders.
- Support the administration of the Assessment in The Line process.
- Set up and maintain effective filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance for safety-critical documents.
- Undertake general office administration duties for the Section Manager, using a range of skills to provide seamless support.
- Provide assistance to other Section Administrators as directed.
Essential:
- Experience in clerical support and office management.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the operational railway environment.
