We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to specialise in wellbeing within our brand-new Alternative Provision Unit. This is a unique opportunity to help create a provision where students feel safe, valued and empowered to overcome barriers and achieve success.
As our Thrive Wellbeing Specialist TA Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting students' emotional health, resilience and personal growth. Working closely with staff, families and external agencies, you will help develop a culture where wellbeing is prioritised alongside learning, ensuring every young person has the support they need to thrive.
Hours: 30 hours per week inclusive of apprenticeship study
Start: September 2026
Term-time only plus 1 weeks (39 weeks per year)
Support Staff Scale Grade 13 £25,989 - £28,142 Full-Time equivalent
Actual Salary for 39 weeks, 30 hours a week is £18,045 - £19,540
