Job Summary:
NB Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a Client Services Programme Manager to manage coordinated programmes of work for business clients. The role will connect client expectations with internal delivery teams, providing clear direction across multiple assignments while maintaining strong professional relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Manage client programmes covering multiple services, projects, or assignments
- Establish programme objectives and clarify expected outcomes with clients
- Coordinate delivery plans across relevant professional teams
- Maintain oversight of key milestones, dependencies, and client commitments
- Hold regular client discussions to review progress and upcoming priorities
- Balance programme requirements with available resources and capacity
- Coordinate responses when scope, priorities, or client needs change
- Bring together information from different workstreams for programme reviews
- Support the introduction of additional services within existing client programmes
- Review programme outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen future delivery
- Provide clear programme updates to clients and senior internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in client services, programme management, professional services, account management, project delivery, consulting support, or a related area
- Strong relationship-management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Good commercial awareness and professional judgement
- Comfortable working with programme schedules, reports, and business documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal specialists
- Strong organisation and practical problem-solving abilities
- Previous programme leadership experience is advantageous, while transferable client delivery experience will also be considered
- Relevant business or project qualifications are helpful but not essential
