Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to efficiently complete tasks while adhering to safety guidelines
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as required by management
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
