AI Enablement Lead (Belfast based)
We are looking for an AI Enablement Lead to drive the practical adoption of AI across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on building tools, automating workflows, and helping teams use AI in their day-to-day work.
This is not a strategy role. We are looking for someone who can take ideas and turn them into working solutions quickly.

Main Responsibilities
-
Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements

Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools and automations (e.g. Claude, GPT, APIs, internal tooling)

Develop and manage AI use cases such as call analysis, content generation, onboarding support, and internal assistants

Run weekly training sessions and hands-on workshops to improve adoption across teams

Translate business problems into practical AI solutions

Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, focusing on speed and impact

Document and share best practices across the organisation

Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

About The Role
Requirements

Experience building and deploying AI tools or automations in a business environment

Strong understanding of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, Zapier/Make or similar

Ability to move quickly from idea to execution

Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical outcomes

Comfortable working directly with non-technical teams

Ability to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively
