Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repair, calibration and set-up of pharmaceutical production and utility equipment in line with GMP requirements and site standards.
Support and maintain critical utilities and process systems, including HVAC, purified water systems, cleanroom equipment, filling lines, compressed air systems and associated production equipment.Diagnose faults and perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting activities to restore equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply engineering safety procedures including LOTO, isolation processes, permits and safe systems of work.
Complete maintenance documentation accurately, including work orders, calibration records, logbooks and CMMS entries.
Provide technical engineering support to Production, QA and Capital Projects teams as required.
Participate in root cause investigations, continuous improvement initiatives and reliability programmes to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Coordinate engineering activities during planned maintenance and unplanned breakdowns, maintaining a calm and methodical approach under pressure.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with health & safety legislation, GMP standards and site procedures.
Maintain training records and support regulatory and operational compliance requirements.
