We’re a small, friendly, family-run business based in Yateley, Hampshire, specialising in staircase refurbishments and replacements in homes across the South of England. We’ve built a solid reputation for quality work, attention to detail, and treating our customers’ homes with care and respect — and we’re proud of it.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. If you’ve got a passion for quality craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and you’re not afraid of a bit of hard graft, this could be the perfect fit.
You'll be working alongside experienced joiners, refurbishing and installing staircases in private homes — so being tidy, respectful, and customer-friendly is key.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in carpentry (staircase or joinery experience is a bonus)
Clean UK driving licence, with at least 5 years' driving experience
Applicants must be 25 or older (due to vehicle insurance requirements)
Based within 15 miles of Yateley, Hampshire
Friendly, respectful, and professional in client-facing environments
Able to work well as part of a team and independently
Flexible with working hours (start/finish times vary depending on jobs)
The Role:
Full-time – around 42.5 hours per week (hours may vary day-to-day)
Salary negotiable depending on experience
