We are currently looking to recruit a cleaning operative for our site in Bristol Yate BS375AP.
The shift pattern is: Friday-Sunday 0600-1430
The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team or individually to carry out manual cleaning of the warehouse and factory. There is high level cleaning involved in the role, IPAF qualification prefered but all training can be delivered.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements
- Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directed
- Use of a variety of cleaning equipment and products
- Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste bins
- Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces
- Report anything in need of repair or replacement
- Keep designated cleaning areas and spaces clean and tidy at all times and store all cleaning materials safely
- Recycling experience
- Record all cleaning tasks as directed
- Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the site
You will report to the Shift Supervisor / Site Manager
