You’ll work across teams including operations, finance, technology, and commercial functions, using data and structured analysis to identify trends, improve processes, and support important business initiatives. Where You'll Make an Impact
- Analyse business, operational, financial, and performance data to identify meaningful trends.
- Develop clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Translate complex analysis into practical recommendations and business actions.
- Monitor KPIs and investigate performance gaps, risks, and emerging opportunities.
- Support forecasting, planning, budgeting, and business performance activities.
- Build and maintain data models, reporting processes, and analytical tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and solve business problems.
- Improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and consistency through process automation.
- Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies across multiple sources.
- Support strategic projects, process improvement initiatives, and business transformation.
- Present findings confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to stronger analytical practices.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations analysis, commercial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with structured business data.
- Understanding of KPIs, performance reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, financial, or enterprise reporting systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work to deadlines.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, or reporting optimisation is advantageous.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
