DUTIES
Your duties as an Agricultural Service Technician include:
- Service, repair and maintain a wide range of machinery and equipment such as tractors, combine harvesters, balers and telehandlers, among many others either on-site or in the workshop
- Installation of agricultural machinery and equipment with customers and instruct operators on correct use
- Provide accurate job estimates/quotes
- Technical reports, service bulletins and updates
- Continue to develop a strong technical understanding of the products and attend relevant training

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent problem solving, diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of technical information, with the ability to convey this information to both a technical and non-technical audience
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience within a workshop environment
- Excellent product and industry knowledge
- Have completed an Apprenticeship in Land Based Service Engineering or equivalent qualification
