OSKA Store is currently looking for a talented Sales Supervisor.
OSKA is a German designer brand of international renown. This role is customer-facing so you will need to have excellent customer service skills. We are in contact with customers on a regular basis so you will need to be happy to inform them on new arrivals with a view to meeting sales targets.
You will need to be computer literate and a fast learner, willing to communicate with customers throughout the season via phone calls and emails.
Your role will include:
- Shop floor sales and all that is involved in selecting garments to meet each customer's individual requirements.
- Helping to process online and telephone orders.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships with regular clients as well as introducing new customers to the brand.
- Helping with in-store events each season - giving customers a personalised shopping experience.
- Flexibility in the days you are available to work is essential.
Skills you will need:
- Confident at communicating, discussing and selling OSKA clothing as well as understanding our sustainability and brand ethos.
- Strong communication skills in order to keep customers updated on new deliveries, events, etc.
- Friendly and approachable and work well on your own and as part of a team.
