About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our team as Community Care Assistants specialising in supporting clients with Learning Disabilities, delivering a variety of support services to our clients in the community. Whether you’re new to care or already experienced, we’d love to hear from you!

What yo will be doing
- Assisting with personal washing, dressing, toileting, food preparation and feeding.
- Assisting with mobility, encouraging safety and appropriate use of aids.
- Supporting to access the community including place of education.
- Providing practical support in the home, to include washing, ironing, cleaning, and shopping.
What we need from you
- Experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and individuals with Epilepsy is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- You will need to hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Confident in driving an automatic vehicle.
- Be passionate about promoting the mental, spiritual & physical wellbeing of the individuals we support
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be able to demonstrate a passion for providing high quality care which both enables individuals to live independently at home and to access their local community
- Have good organisational skills and team working skills
- Effective time management skills
- Have an ability to work independently following verbal or written instructions
- Be committed to progressing a career in Adult Social Care.
- Be able to obtain Business Insurance.
Times of work
Monday to Friday 07:00-10:00 and 14:45-20:00. Saturday / Sunday 12:00 - 17:00.
