An Aftersales Professional is required to join our family owned Ford in Wool Wareham, Dorset to effectively manage the aftersales operation within this busy Ford Car and Transit approved repairer.
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Professional with current franchised dealer experience who is a solid communicator with CDK-Kerridge experience or similar and has a focus on customer service with a strong technical background.
A manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate their team to success whilst maintaining a hands- on approach to the customer and workshop process.
Responsibilities would include overseeing the Parts,Service and Workshop team and advising with recruitment and organising training to meet franchise standards. Taking responsibility for the departmental budgets and ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded whilst maximising the profitability of the Aftersales Departments.
This is a full time position and the salary package will be commensurate with experience and ability to the chosen applicant.
