HR & Administration Assistant - Stirling
The rewards
- Up to £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay (depending on experience)

Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, fully office-based
The role of HR & Administration Assistant:
- Dealing with incoming calls and handling enquiries at first point of contact
- Supporting HR administration and more general office administration
- Ordering from suppliers when required
- Dealing with IT equipment provider regarding repairs/replacements
- Meeting preparation — booking rooms, organising catering, preparing documentation
- Various ad hoc administration duties
The ideal HR & Administration Assistant:
- Previous administration experience essential — HR administration experience advantageous
- First class communication skills, written and verbal
- Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
