We are expanding our team of technicians looking after our customer’s Scania products. This is a diverse and interesting role – as well as repairing and maintaining a range of commercial vehicles to MOT standards, it can also include work on other Scania powered machines including passenger vehicles, industrial engines (quarry machines, generator sets etc) and marine engines.
A knowledge of modern truck diagnostic methods would be advantageous along with the ability to learn vehicle systems and repair methods through training courses at Scania’s own technical training centre.
A category CE driving licence would be an advantage; however a full car driving licence is essential.
Basic hours will be 8:00am to 5:30pm weekdays and 8:00am to 12:30pm Saturdays.
Salaries shown are for basic hours plus weekly overtime available.
Other premium rate shifts are available dependant on experience and skill level.
Wages are commensurate with experience.
