Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient MFG Petrol Station Attendant to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers courteously and assist with their fuel and convenience store needs
- Operate fuel pumps accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper payment processing
- Upsell additional products or services to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the petrol station premises, including the forecourt and shop area
- Manage stock levels, restock shelves, and organise merchandising displays
- Handle customer enquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales and stock levels
- Support other team members as required to ensure smooth station operations
Skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous for serving diverse customers
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and balancing tills
- Organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy workspace
